2. What is your job?

Your goal is to find local business owners, call/contact them, and set up a meeting for our team.

• You do not need to do the work. (We have our own designers/editors).

• You do not need to close the sale.

• You just need to get the appointment.

3. How to Find Leads (Who to Call?)

You can find leads using Google or Social Media. Look for businesses that have problems we can fix:

• The "Ghost" Business: You search for them on Instagram/Facebook and they haven't posted in months.

  • Pitch: "We can take over your social media and post consistent content for you."

• The "Boring" Business: They post photos, but they are low quality or they have no videos/Reels.

  • Pitch: "We offer professional video editing and graphic design to make your brand look premium."

• The "Invisible" Business: You search on Google Maps and they have no website.

  • Pitch: "We can build you a website so customers can find you on Google."

💰 4. Payment Structure (How you get paid)

We use a "Hybrid" pay model. You earn money for the effort (booking) AND the result (sales).

Part A: The Appointment Fee (BND $8.00)

You get paid $8 for every "Qualified Appointment" that happens.

• Condition: The client must show up to the meeting and be a genuine business owner.

Part B: The Commission (8%)

If the client buys any of our services, you earn 8% of the deal value.

• You book a meeting. They buy a website for $1000

• You earn: $8 (Meeting) + $80 (Commission) = $88Total.

Example 2 (Social Media Package):

• You book a meeting. They sign up for our Monthly Social Media Management ($800/month).

• You earn: $16 (Meeting) + $64 (8% of Package) = $80 Total.

2. Contact: Call or WhatsApp the owner using our scripts.

Q: Do you pay for phone credit?

A: No, this is a freelance commission role. We recommend using WhatsApp calls or text to save costs.
