This service is used to update the residential address of a company.

Keeping address records up to date is a statutory requirement and helps ensure the company remains compliant with Brunei company regulations.


When This Update Is Required

This service is required if: 


A Residential Address Update in Brunei is required when a director, shareholder, or officer changes their residential address and the records with the Registrar of Companies (ROCBN) need to be updated to remain compliant.


Information & Documents Required from Client

  • prepared by staff
  • Special resoluation
